The tom marched into the clearing, exiting camp and wandering off. " I'm not the same, loving Flintfoot you knew. I have been betrayed... " He muttered beneath his breath and he padded through the woods.

She watched mournfully as he left. "Oh Flintfoot, I hope you don't go crazy with betrayal..." Her lip quivered at the thought.

Flintfoot came to the Thunderpath where he was hit and wounded severely. He sat at the edge, feeling the wind the monsters left behind hit his fur.

"Maybe I should talk to him..." She muttered. She padded after him, following his scent trail. "Are you sure you should be sitting so close?" She asked, sitting near him, her tail neatly wrapped around her paws.

Another Monster passed by, making his ears blow side ways. " I'm fine. "

"Make sure you don't get too close." She chuckled. She paused for a moment, nervous on what to say without bothering him. "I... I just can't help but notice you seem off. You can talk to me, you know."

" I've been betrayed. " He growled, not angry at Flamewing, but at Pineleap and Kestrelflame. " I will get my revenge! " He added.

"What good comes from revenge? You said you loved her, aren't you happy she's found someone?" She protested, scooching over next to his side so their pelts were brushing.
