personality: Joey is very, very quiet and shy and hates being the center of attention. He is overprotective over people and doesn't like when people get hurt. He is way too excitable and gets happy and excited over little things.
Being the nerd that he is, he loves to read. He'll read for hours without stopping. He also doesn't hate school, but he doesn't exactly want to be there 24/7 either. He usually likes to work alone, afraid that he will make a mistake and be embarrassed. He also spends a lot of his free time at the llibrary.
He loves pulling pranks and making people laugh. He will prank someone the second he gets the chance to. Sometimes he can go too far with his games though, and get in trouble.
Joey is very stubborn and likes getting things his own way. He doesn't give up easily, either. He has a very short attention span and will get distracted or bored easily. He just can't pay attention for long periods of time. Then he will either wander off on his own or fall asleep.
He can be childish at times, especially when he doesn't get his way. But most of the time, he will just get back at whoever won't let him have what he wants. He's also very impatient and will not wait for anyone for longer than ten minutes.
Joey loves animals and can't stand seeing animals getting hurt. That's one thing that breaks his heart. He is very sweet and caring, and will do anything for you as long as he likes you or is your friend.

history: When he was little, Joey wanted to know about anything and everything. He loved going to his older sister's science fairs and learning about different things. He was a nerd even when he was a kid. He had a happy and normal life, living with two older sisters and his parents, until he turned eleven. His mom died in a car crash and his father started drinking. He abused him, but his sisters were almost never at home. But when they were, they would try to play with him and make him happy by bringing over science books for him. Now, Joey still lives with his father, but his dad is barely ever home since he became sober and got a girlfriend. So, Joey basically lives alone in his father's house. The only thing that makes him happy now is when his sisters come over and when he goes to school to see the few friends that he has.
