This rp is about the older times in history, where Italy had the godfather and mafia's wandering about - where prohibition was a thing, as well as speak easy's and flapper girls. you get the drift, but there were also those few that were part of the more ... separate, groups - gangs, mainly consisting of american's, who wanted in on the action, but wanted non of the mafia scene.

Personality: Matthew is calm, shy, sensitive, and hates fighting (But, it is said that he is a very strong fighter). When angered, he can be quite frightening, as he has many connections due to his kind nature toward almost everyone and usually isn't bothered all that much. History: Most everyone know's about Matthew's history, but what they don't know is how he came to be the leader of his own Mafia, and has been barely touched by anyone. This still remains a mystery, but some records have shown he rose to power due to his many connections, especially with Romano, who seems to be a close friend to him - even more close then his own brother Alfred.

Personality: She is a very mysterious character, as she shows little to no emotion, unless need be. She is described as a 'reanimated doll' due to her stoic expressions, distant eyes, and over all emotionless demeanor. It is said to be hard to impress, and easy to displease, making it difficult for people to get on her good side. She also seems very protective of her adoptive father, Matthew, as shown by how she stays by his side almost 24/7

During his childhood, Ivan was treated a lot like other children: pushed around and fought over by those older than him. Though, he sort-of had a protector, known as General Winter. Though he doesn't really like General Winter, Ivan depended on him to protect him from many battles, though he usually blew off because those fighting over the small child were rather used to Winter as well. As he grew up, Ivan had many bosses, many of which were rather brutal, causing bloodshed on the poor child's memory, slowly causing him to become insane. He often met other people, and practically forced them to work for him. Though he is rather strong and everyone seems to be afraid of him, he depends a lot on family, even if they're not exactly the closest.

We want yo make sure everyone feel's like they can contact or interact with someone, and have a job to do - we also need the italy brothers and alfred to start, as they are the main 2 rivailing gangs besides the 'inside rivalry' of russia and america.
