Now Shadepelt was way to close. Ears pinned flat to Darkstar's head, and muzzle peeled back to reveal lethal fangs. He snapped his jaws around Shadepelt's clamping down with an impressive bite force. "Listen here you useless lump of fur. You want to take me on then you better do it the honorable way, or you better make your first hit count because you won't get another." He lifted a large paw and threw all his weight behind his strike towards Shadepelt's shoulder to knock him over onto his side, keeping his jaws firmly clamp around Shadepelt's. "Go ahead, find some rouges to join, be there leader I'd you think you got what it takes, but if you leave and ever come back you'll face me and I will personally see to it that you never walk again one way or another." He growled biting down harder.

Stormpaw woke up with a jolt to see Swiftheart and Ivyspeckle in the den. "Swiftheart!" he barked. "Ivyspeckle, what's going on?!" He was panicked. He couldn't lose her, no, not now! He still had some to learn!

He rolled with the attack thrusting his paws into Shadepelt and flinging him away getting back up and pacing about in front of Shadepelt snarling, spitting, and snapping at the air. Anger was rolling off of him in waves now, radiating through the air around him. If it was possible to see aura all anybody would see right now was a cloud of black.
