I believe uncommon. I've got 2 of them. Maybe even common.

So I was looking round the halloween swap and found a banner....

IT WAS the pup!!!!!
Woah I could screech with joy. I'm only on like 23rd banner or so XD weew luck is improving

Yes. And it's ridiculously hard to get. It's the only pet I'm missing from this event!
I think the banners just don't like me. All I'm getting is tokens. I had to trade for my ghosts & shadow monsters.
