Why do ice dragons need to cool down?
I swear the closest any of my dragons are to breeding is my female Pearlcatcher. Shannon. At 17 days. But then her mate is at 38 days -_-

All animals have a period of time after birthing in which they cannot get pregnant again. This allows for that animal to raise their babies into adulthood its a skewed time period for us being days instead of months or years but I've assumed since these are dragons and they are rather large that a day is equal to a year so for most breeds it takes 5 "years" to reach adulthood but it takes a specific period of time for each dragon to reach a point in their lives or after they had their last offspring to be fertile enough to have another clutch or their first clutch of eggs. Looking at it that way it is also like an egg takes around 6 years just to hatch so the parents would be caring closely for those eggs for quite a while and just about as long of caring after the egg hatches just to raise the hatchling

But there is also for the sites sake that we cant just breed over and over

they'd probably want a lot for it if so...4 digit ID dragons are pretty expensive.

Bred my blue wizard/rogue pair today and they gave me three eggs. <3 I hadn't bred them in a while. Looking forward to their babbins. C8
