Kestrelflame went stone hard. “What? He wants to kill Pineleap?” She hissed under her breath.

Flamewing felt her face scrunch up in pain. 'He loves her more than Starclan...? So he won't... Wait for me?' Luckily, she was in the shadows, so she couldn't be seen easily.

Kestrelflame wobbled to her paws and went as quickly as she could to the two toms. She stopped a few mouse lengths away from them, staring silently with no emotion.
