Kestrelflame slowly came back to, seeing them fight eachother. “N-no! Stop...your hurting each other!” She whispered weakly, looking up with fear in her eyes.

She licked her lips, tasting a twinge of blood. "What else?" She hissed. "He took your leg! And almost killed Pineleap!"

Flintfoot widened his eyes and Flamewing's claws connected to his neck. He staggered, then fell over.

“Flamewing..he's dead. You hurt..you hurt Flintfoot.” Kestrelflame replied, going somewhat limp.

Feeling whatever was beneath her claws fall, she let her shoulders relax. "There, he shouldn't be up in a while." She humphed. Her vision beginning to clear, she saw what she had actually done. "Flint... Foot? No, I was attacking her father!"

"I am attacking her father!" Pineleap hissed, still digging his claws into Snake's neck, even harder.

Flintfoot's pitiful and clouded gaze weakly looked at where Snake lay, a few tail-lengths away.
