I have read through this section:“I'm trying to load the oekaki but it's giving me a grey screen?”
It's possible that Java wasn't installed correctly on your computer or that you're using an older update. Uninstall all Java programs from your computer and download and install the latest version from their website. Then be sure to refresh your browser.
http://www.java.com/en/download/installed.jsp
You can also try the above link to verify your Java version. If it's updated, it'll give you instructions to fix it.
If it still won't work, then check your antivirus and firewall. They may be blocking Java. Turn either of them off for a test. As I cannot list every solution for every antivirus, I suggest you google how to make an exception for Java so your computer will remain protected and you'll be able to draw.
Only for Windows users
If you're still getting a grey screen after trying everything, then uninstall your current Java versions and download and install the offline installer located here:
http://java.com/en/download/manual.jsp
and done all of the solutions, even re installed Java three times! But they grey screen continues. One thing I noticed is, usually a pop up will appear asking me to run the program, and than it works. But now, no screen appears, I think that might have something to do with the problem, but I have no idea how to start fixing it. Please help <3

First of all, I use a MacBook Pro with Mac OS X Lion. I have used Oekaki before, but it has stopped working for a while now and for quite some time, I just didn't use Oekaki, but now I really want to get back into the groove and use it.
I added attachments to show what happens, as well.
I'll start up Oekaki, it'll show the CS loading screen then the canvas, then after I actually click on the canvas, those two popups that I attached appear. For the first one, I tried both options (continue and cancel) and neither worked. After I got through those screens, the canvas stayed up but I couldn't click anything on it or even click the file, edit, ect. buttons.
I've tried everything I can think of: I uninstalled and reinstalled the newest Java, same with JTablet and I even switched to Firefox to see if it would work. Which it didn't. :C
Anyone know the solution? I really want to enter an artist competition and it ends soon, so I'm really hoping to have Oekaki work as soon as I can! Thanks!

Are you sure you've removed everything when you uninstall? Have you tried JavaRa (if you're using Windows)?
