He licked his lips then got up to hunt, still watching Jay's family. They cared for each other...a lot.

Jaypaw nudged the kits into a small pile then helped mittens settle down before walking near the exit to the cave "ready to go hunt?"

Blazepaw-
He nodded,"Of course I'm ready!"He growled, shaking out his pelt and licking leaf pieces from his pelt then padded out, sniffing the air. All the scents filled his nose and he got confused at first.

Jaypaw sat down for a second taking in the sents

Blazepaw-
He once got use to the scents and picked out the scent of a bird and then stalked after it, his tail waving slowly in excitement.

Jaypaw took off fallowing the sent of a mouse

Once Blazepaw saw the bird he stalked up close to it, his paws ready to leap, his claws unsheathed as he inched a bit closer then leapt, batting it out the air and killing it by it's neck.

jaypaw landed on the mouses back killing it

He began to walk back with his bird in his jaws, hoping he could share it with Skypaw.

jaypaw walked into the den with two mice giving one to mittens and the other to the kittens for when they wake up
