Marie kissed his cheek. "How were the injured one's injuries? Anything serious?"

Scarlette smiled.

Hugo grimmaced. "Ah. I'm sorry."

"She had a broken leg, and was cut up pretty badly, but it was an easy fix." Merrik smiled.

Gabriel smiled back.

Uri shook her head and grinned coyly. "Don't be. If he had been there when you found me he would have torn you to shreds..."

Scarlette yawned.

Uri chuckled. "I thought you might. You know, you two are about the same size in your shift, but hes stark black."
