Feeling her face flush in embarrassment, Raven poked her head above the couch and looked at Hope with a grimacing face. She tried to scoot past, but she still felt stuck, and she realized in her haste to shrink behind the couch, her foot had gotten lodged underneath it. Yanking on it, she was still unable to pull it free. "Why me?" she hissed quietly, furrowing her eyebrows.

History:
Born in the Basque Country in
Spain, Stefan learned Basque
as one of his first languages,
and then started to learn
Spanish from reading signs and
in school. He spent a good 14
years of his life in the country,
leading a normal life in his
opinion. His father ran a
shipping company, but before
Stefan entered high school,
his father decided to move to
America for less tariffs on his
goods.

Stefan was a bit miffed about this, since he already made friends in his local high school,and now he was forced to do it again. Now that he has been in America for a while, he does know decent English,though still takes his tests in Spanish and needs to receive copies of the lesson in his own tongue. Being a rich boy from a foreign country, he became relatively popular when he came in during sophomore year. Coupled with the fact he has enough spending money to throw it out on gifts, it is most likely his friends are only fake.
Personality:
Stephen is adaptable and resourceful by nature. He's a natural actor. He is also very perceptive, easily spotting things about other people. Perhaps he is so good because he has little grasp on recognizing emotions on people. He has trouble knowing how one can have a certain emotion when in the exact same state he wouldn't. He is very people oriented and self confident as well. He can be rather rebellious, being adamant about the choice he makes, even if it is against a rule (most often his father's).
He can be somewhat distant to other people, since he doesn't know anyone's name other than the people in the clique he is in. He also refuses to talk much about himself, preferring to be more reserved. He does express how strange it is that American students have so much troubles compared to those he knew, but he quickly ends the argument after the language barrier kicks in or he quiets down. He does love to learn, especially with hands-on things. He is very driven to have a career in acting, since he conceded that he's not good at singing and playing violin would only be a hobby. He dislikes the pressure his father places on him to eventually run the business, just wanting to work at a small store until he goes to an ivy league college like an "American teenager."
He does love to work towards goals, since his father was pretty hands off with him. He wants to use the money he earns working to buy a macaw in the next few weeks, since he already bought a large cage and toys for it. He also slightly wants to have a good friend, but he doesn't really know when someone would be considered a friend.

Nicki went to get a drink, she came back and spread out on her bed. She looked back on twitter and sorta stalked Blake's twitter a little before responding. Yeah I'm not doing anything, its pretty boring. haha. She looked on her twitter waiting for him to reply back.

His phone goes off, getting an alert from Twitter. He sees a response from Nicole, reading over it. "I feel ya. I LIVE for the Friday night lights and the weekend. That's all that gets me through the week. Lol"

Viper sat in hus dorm before realizing he never told the new kid his dorm number. Oh well. Eventually he'd want food. Viper went to the kitchen and started to prepare the ingredients for baking a cake. He figured he'd find the new guy eventually.

I looked back again and this time, saw a girl yanking at her foot. I was a little startled at first but managed to say, "Umm.. Need some help?" I looked at the kitchen and saw that G had disappeared. Probably in my room I thought.

Fighting a squeal as Hope spoke to me, Raven looked up with wide eyes and felt something stopping her from speaking. "I... Uh... I'm fine...." she mumbled, finally yanking her foot free, tumbling back in a most ungraceful manner. "Sorry to be bothering you," she mumbled, keeping her head bowed down low so the girl wouldn't mock her. "You're really busy," Raven murmured, realizing that in her haste to stop Hope from seeing her, she had dropped her things and they were now spewed on the floor. Cursing under her breath, she crawled on the floor, trying to pick up all her books.

I crawled on the floor to help pick up her books. "It's okay, I'm weird around people too. I'm Hope and it's nice to meet you.", I said holding out my hand for a hand shake. I dropped some books because I forgot you need hands to hold things. "Opps. Heh, sorry my fault."

Jane took a deep breath as she peered out the window, staring past the drops of rain that hurled themselves against the car window, then slowly slid down it and leaving a trail of water behind. There it was, the LA she'd be living in during her time there. She bit her lip as she slowly opened the car door, then stepped out. She pulled the hood of her jacket up, in order to prevent too much rain from hitting her face and hair. As soon as she was out, she closed her door, then opened one of the doors in the back. She grabbed her dog's kennel, along with a few of her bags that she had place in the back seat, instead of the trunk. She smiled a little, glad she at least had Marshmallow there with her. She wasn't exactly the best at socializing. She quickly headed into the building. She wondered where the rooms were, so that she could set her things down in the room given to her, but was too shy to ask anyone who may have been around. Not that she could, anyway, unless she set her things down to write or type something to show them. She decided it would just be best to explore. She quickly started walking around in hopes of finding the rooms, soon.

Luke smirked a little, then tugged at his lip ring with his teeth as he drove up to the LA's. He was kind of excited to be at the school, but also sort of wished that he was still at home. "Well...I hope whomever I'm living with can get along with me..." he murmured to himself, seeing that, obviously, no one else was around to talk to. He parked his car, then quickly unbuckled his seatbelt and got out of the vehicle. He ran a hand through his blond hair as the rain began to fall onto him. I guess I should have worn a jacket with a hood...he thought to himself as he used one of his hands to cover his eyes, preventing drops of water from making contact with them. He headed to the trunk to grab his bags, then quickly headed inside.
