You are an avid adventurer. You've traveled all across the land, seem some marvelous sights, some nasty ones, and fought your share of monsters. You've collected quite a bit of loot along the way. The last town you've been to was a pretty quiet place. The locals always seemed to be fearful of everything that moved, and very wary of strangers, like yourself. You've heard whispers of a cavern not too far west, filled with vast treasures but guarded by an evil dragon. Dragon? Hah! Dragons had gone extinct a long time ago. What were these people talking about? What you did know was that their was a huge cave filled with wealth just waiting to be looted by somebody like yourself. Maybe you should be more cautious. Who knows, maybe the locals just thought they saw a dragon, but it may just turn out to be the odd beast that sort of looked like a reptile. It could be an easy mistake. Anyway, they clearly said the cavern was guarded by something, dragon or not. Well, it couldn't hurt to come prepared, you thought as you took your sword with you.
