Hi! Can someone help me please? I was trying to ask for a custom, it was originally for starbucks, but starbucks never replied back, so then dark soul claimed it, then weeks later dark soul didn't reply back either, can someone please do this custom for me? I have been very patient and getting pretty sad and annoyed that no one has done this custom after a month and a half .

Line edits: Hmm, this cat is going to be based of off a human OC character I made, so probably some long, wavy, light brown hair. That would be awesome if you could do a fluffy tail as well. I don't know if you do emotions, but can she have a slightly determined face? If you can, maybe add a silky green dress with some flowers on it with a small golden crown? (doesn't matter what color of flowers) Could vines be surrounding her legs too?
Base color: A fawn brown (Probably a slightly darker shade than what the hair color is going to be)
Eye color: a greenish blue color probably.
Design and design color: I probably want a mix of browns (it doesn't matter what kinds of browns) that mix with her main base color.
Animation: I am kind of new on customs for pets so I don't quite know what is too complicated but, maybe, can the wind be blowing on her fur? Mainly her hair and maybe a little bit of her dress? (kind of like what you did for the third past custom you did) I am sorry if this is too complicated.

I am reposting this since no one even looked at it or even simply replied back, I am getting very frustrated with this that my order hasn't been done for two months, as I have asked TWO different people and neither of them replied for 2 months, I know people have lives too, but I should have at least gotten a response to this problem, especially with the fact that I know that these two people are online often on CS. This service seriously needs to be improved, I have been patiently waiting but still not even a single response. If you call this whining, fine, but what I am saying is truly how I feel. I was really excited to see this custom as this is a character I use as an OC for many different things and loved her very much, but still no response. I had actually had gotten a PM from an orb cat user actually thanking me to speak out for all of you rudely ignoring me this entire time as she too, also ordered a custom orb cat she was so happy to see but absolutely no response, she, like me, even sent a PM to whom wanted to make this orb cat for her but NO response. I would NEVER do this to my loyal Pokemon trading center customers. This has been a very bad experience for me plain and simple and I will not be ordering from here again whether it is for a free orb cat, breeding, or a custom.

I too have a complaint.
I asked earlier if I could get the animation slowed down on my long, patiently awaited custom after tons of tries with different artists who failed to respond to my form even though I made sure they were open and had been online to see it. Anyways, I have severe photosensitive epilepsy and I cannot look at fast animations/extremely bold or bright animations and gifs or even videos because I could have an epileptic fit and that could make me go into hospital or even worst case scenario, die.
I explained this to the artist and have waited a while. I see they have been online and answering other people and completely ignoring me. I quoted my request and still, no reply.
I am deeply saddened by my experience with this thread and I can't even look at my custom (never mind use it for anything) to see if I can slow the animation down myself but as I mentioned before I could get seriously ill.

I get that.
Normal people have lives outside of CS too, but artists seem to use that excuse for everything even when I can clearly see that they are accepting other forms and doing other orders and such. To be completely ignored for a long time and then as soon as I post a complaint about it I get shamed is extremely frustrated and unfair.
