that pet is not on any of the lists(advent, rare, or september) so no it isn't worth that much,
on average:
An early 09 rare/very rare ranging from January to April is worth between 35 and 40C$
A mid 09 rare/very rare ranging from May to August is worth between 30 and 35C$
A late 09 rare/very rare ranging from September to December is worth between 25-30C$
Advents from 2009 may reach between 25-40C$ depending on their demand and overall release worth
