These are two best bids on my auction. Which one is better (considering demand). Are they as good that I should accept one of them?

Nope. Not fair to you at all. True that owl has some demand that causes a bit more overpay than a normal trade, but even if this is taken into account, it isn't fair at all.

Don't give false advice. Both trades are unfair. The non-balloon is worth a line tribal plus a red-rose. Neither of these are even close.

The second trade has slightly more demand with the July Lioness, but even that one is unfair by quite a lot even with demand.
