Fernpaw bounded over to Smokefeather. "Want to join my and Leafpaw's group? We'll catch a huge fawn!" She mewed excitedly

He glanced at her before appoligizing to the others quickly and walking over to Melodystar."Would you like to join us in the hunt?"He asked sitting in front of her his tail laying over his paws he showed nothing but his eyes betrayed him they shown with pain and sadness.

She raised her head and flicked her ears. "Sure." She meowed. She got to her paws before wiping the tears away and following him. Secretly, she wanted Smokefeather to be with her but didn't show it.

He watched her go secretly he called her back but she wouldn't have heard before walking back to the others.

Melodystar suddenly stopped and turned around, trotting to Sleetwings. "Can we talk- not now- later, if you want?" she meowed.

Flinthawk padded to Melodystar. "May I hunt alone?"

She flicked her ears in surprise. "One cat can't take down a fawn alone- Take LionRoar with you." She meowed. It would be a good time for them to learn to get along.
