In a gloomy town, where no one visits, that no one knows of, that no own cares for, that gaurds defend, much less protect, lives creatures no one would have thought possible.

Welcome to to Peckille town. This is your new home. Forever. Once the real world finds out about your abnormalness, you get moved here. guards patrol this place during the day, and set human traps during the night. It's not hard to fool them, but newbies have trouble. This is more of a prison than a town, and all has been peaceful here except for a few riots now and then. but times are changing. some humans from the outside world are discovering this place, and it won't be long before they figure out what's in here and break in. They will most likely either take justice for the town and free everyone, or capture everyone and sell them away.

All your characters living in the town must have a power of some sort or be a fantasy animal
there will be 5 human characters that are trying to figure out what is in the town, but they will be introduced later in the rp. (only 3 people may reserve. PM me)
anyone can control the guards but you can't have guard characters (guards are humans)

Peckille Town:
This town is fairly broken down and gloomy, with broken windows doors etc. there is not much color except grey and brown.
It's no question crime is bound to happen here. in fact, it happens quit often, and the guards to not interfere with fights, they are only there to keep anyone from getting in or out.


Peck Forest:
If you manage to get past the guards and various hunter traps (foot clamps and ropes) you can reach the forest. some may say it is defiantly homelier than the town, but it depends whether you like nature.
It is known that you can not run away for ever in the forest, since the guards go through there every morning and flush all the creatures back into town.


Peck Springs:
In the forest, if you follow the stream it leads to a small waterfall and lake in the middle of the forest. fish is plentiful though small and it is a common place for escapees to hang out before the morning guard check.

Some may say that Saba is evil, and they would be right. Saba is not afraid to hurt others and loves to kick butt. If you manage to make friends, she may defiantly back stab you. Her patients is low and she is easily annoyed. She will do almost anything to get her way.

History
As she is half bird, it is only natural for Saba to be born from an egg. Her parents raised her quite quickly then left her on her own, but she has no doubt that if they saw her today they would be proud. Now-a-days, she spends her time playing tricks and hunting in the wild, mostly traveling.

Powers
Saba can shape-shift, but only into her full-bird form. when she is in bird form, she must communicate telepathically, but otherwise can not do so when in anthro form. She is unable to turn human.

[In bird form, she appears with the same colors as her bottom half in anthro does, and as 4 legs instead of 2, though her front legs are smaller and closer to the ground. She is around 7.5 feet tall and her beak is long and curved slightly at the tip, as well as purple. She does not have her cloths in bird form but her cloak still works.]

Accessories
Saba carries a magical cloak that is always with her, but as thin as air. When she wanted to use it, a snap of her finger will bring it to its true form and it will appear on her neck with a side effect of some harmless purple fire. Saba has been working for years to get the fire to have any kind of useful effect but has yet to succeeded.
