Hello everyone! I'm Lioncourt, a passionate writer and a roleplay lover, and I'm currently searching for someone who would be willing to create a roleplay with me. I have a few roleplays up and running, but I never have really created a roleplay with anyone else before, and that has been my goal for a while. I've started a basic design for a roleplay's "cover", but the plots and ideas are completely missing. I am planning on making it a semi literate roleplay, having the the minimum for the post either be one or two paragraphs.

I'm open for the theme to be anything that comes to imagination! A human, humanoid, or animal roleplay; whatever. It just has to be an original fantasy idea, and has nothing to do with school life. I'm not super picky about plots, but please accept that there may be a possibility that I don't really like an idea. If this does happen, please don't be offended by it!

I'm planning on having the title be "Into the Dark", and the roleplay having something to do with crows and black cats for symbolism for something in this created world. The design so far is below this text. Please PM me if you're interested!

For centuries werewolves have protected mankind from the malicious natures of many supernatural beings, and until four years prior they managed to keep their activities secret from the human world. Technology, with its rapid expansion across the globe, made their jobs much more difficult, and it was only a matter of time before incriminating evidence was caught on camera.

One fateful day, two videos made the headlines and news trends only hours apart. The first, the terrible mauling and death of a young teenage girl by a large, shadow-wrapped dog like figure, and the second, the transformation of a young man into a giant wolf. With the public outrage sparked, coalitions and militias quickly formed to get rid of all supernatural creatures, and they were surprisingly effective. Thanks to the human's superior technology, many species were pushed to the brink of extinction, the werewolves among them.

Retreating into hiding, the werewolves were forced to leave the humans unprotected to save their own lives, and it was then the true culprits emerged. Hell hounds, giant shadowy dogs with glowing red eyes. With a temper and appetite that could only be described as demonic, and a body impervious to any man-made weaponry, they flourished in the absence of the werewolves. Gorging themselves on humans left and right, there seemed to be nothing that could be done to stop them.

Four long years passed and the humans had given up hope of killing the dark beasts, when suddenly the hounds were turning up dead. Although celebrated at first, more humans were preyed upon with each successive kill. Sightings of werewolves spread throughout the land and the people took up their weapons once more, hunting down the wolves. The last of the wolves, having emerged from hiding to try to help stop the hell hounds, were very quickly losing the battle for survival until a young girl wandered into the forest. Attacked by a hell hound, she was saved by one of the werewolves and quickly spread her story in town. Many thought the girl's tale was crazy, that she had been corrupted by some sort of evil spirit.

Many of the remaining wolves were drawn to a small town named Haymund, forming up a pack. Despite their small numbers, they swore to rid the world of the hell hounds and protect mankind once again. Hunters still searched for them, making their mission dangerous even at the best of times. Small alliances were made with humans that would hear them out, but they were still vastly outnumbered. Would the battle ever end?

To sum this up for you, humans found out about supernatural beings and killed them all off without realizing the werewolves never harmed the humans. They protected them. So, when the wolves go into hiding the one creature a human can't kill takes over which is a hell hound. When the wolves emerge from the ashes and start killing the hell hounds for the humans they are quickly blamed for the recent deaths and hunted once more but when a human witnesses a werewolf saving her from a hell hound some human views are changed and they create alliances with the wolves and help protect them from the rest of the humans, at least until they can convince the rest of the world that the wolves are good. So, even though the wolves are helping the humans they are viewed as the threat and hunted. Basically the role play will follow the pack and their few human friends as they go on a great journey to rid the world of the true evil and teach the humans they mean no harm. Along the way many will die and many will fall in love but in the end it will be worth it, or will it?

Imperial Arms

The Capital City is a place where people go to make a name for themselves. It's a city of riches and fame, all lying there for the taking. Merchants line the streets, and the mansions of the nobles span the area. The great Palace is home to the young emperor. Many country folk seek out the city, hoping to find fame and fortune to bring prosperity to their village, their families. They go there with hopeful hearts.

What they get instead is nothing of the sort.

The capital is a place of corruption and madness. The emperor is a naive child, advised by a Prime Minister that cares nothing for the people. Suffering and poverty mean nothing to him, so long as he is well-fed and happy. The capital cares nothing for the smaller towns and their suffering.

However, a group has risen up to fight this evil. A large amount of rebels have been gathering south of the city. A few of their most elite assassins are stationed nearer the city, in the mountainous area around it. They call themselves the Night Raid, and hunt down and eliminate those that perpetuate the cycle of corruption. They are merciless and skilled. And above all, they each possess an Imperial Arms.

When someone from the country comes to the city seeking money to help their starving village, things don't go as planned and they ends up joining the Night Raid. Now, they area a part of an elite killing squad. Can they make it without an Imperial Arms of their own? There is always a chance to find one, but that is not important. Survival and overthrowing the corrupt regime of the Minister is what is at stake.

A glorious new empire will emerge from this rebellion. Join us to see it happen.

This roleplay is based off of the anime Akame Ga Kill, but it isn't required that you've seen it to participate! I will explain everything to the best of my abilities. 4/6 spots currently available!

Whatever happened in your past, it doesn't matter. In the end, you had to leave your skulk to find a new home and family that would take care of you. It may have taken you ages to find a new skulk, or you gave up a long time ago and remained a loner. Maybe you don't care about the skulk life. Your prefer to be on your own. In fact, that's fine. Your life decisions are up to you, and no one can force you to change them. If they try, you may ignore them or take their advice.
There's a small skulk that lives in a beautiful valley. You watch them from afar, unsure if you should join them. Right now, it's small, but it's growing rapidly. Spring brings a new life. The skulk will be growing when the vixens become pregnant with kits. It's up to you if you want to join the skulk life, remain a loner, or start your own skulk.

You either lived on the streets your whole life, your owners abandoned you, or you abandoned your owners. Either way, you end up on the streets of a city. You have been wandering by yourself, keeping away from humans and staying hidden. Or, maybe, you embrace your life as a stray. You have learned to deal with this situation so you know how to live your life. You know all the back ways and how to acquire food by hunting or stealing from humans. Now it's your mission to continue this. There's a possibility that you may fall in love with other strays. What would happen then? Raising kittens on the streets of a large city is dangerous. There are many things you have to watch out for- humans, canines, and other strays.

You and your "family" escaped the horrible life in an orphanage. The orphanage was eventually going to shut down, anyway. It had been horrible- the living space had been unsanitary, and the workers hated children. The workers were descendants of the person who first opened the orphanage. Now that she had passed, they inherited the disgusting building. While they had given you the necessities, they verbally abused the children. They sent messages to their heads that scarred and put them down.
"No one wants you."
"You're here for a reason."
"You're useless."
Were some of the common comments they would hear daily. But, that was in the past now. You were free of that place, yet you had no where to go. You were on the streets, lead by the oldest member in the group. Eventually, you came across an abandoned train station. In this train station, you find empty boxcars. This is where you and your family will live. You will go through many hardships, and you must work as a group to accomplish them. The eldest children usually went into the city to find jobs to help their family.

Welcome to the freak show. Why are you here? Indeed, an excellent question. You see, you are here because you have a special ability. A special ability nobody else has. People thinks it's all a show, that it's fake, but you know it isn't. Everyone has various 'abilities'. There are the star attractions, such as the bearded lady, the lizard boy, the ever so famous two headed woman. Who exactly are you?

This is where things get a little difficult guys..I want things that aren't super far out there like vampires or anything, but I want something unique. Nobody can have the same 'ability' so say someone has a fish boy or something, you can't have a fish boy then. I think you get it. Next, I want real pictures, this means NO anime, drawn, or fake pictures. They can be edited to where they have certain looks or a different eye color but like seriously, don't do a fake picture, you will not get accepted under any circumstances. Your character must be between the ages of eleven to eighteen, no younger, no older. No power playing, no god modding, just plain no modding. I'm the owner of the rp so I don't want you trying to control it. Last, you make your own forms, keep genders even (you make a male, you make a female, you need to have an even amount of characters for this to work), you must include the personality and what 'ability' they have. That is all.

There are a few hours, about five, worth of acts, so you have it in for you. The longest act is the horse show, where a singular girl goes out and performs with numerous horses.

isn't as easy as it seems, is it?

You're in high school, just blossoming into a young adult. But here you are , in a program all the way in a small town in Europe. It's a boarding school, so there's not too much family contact. Only you, your classmates, and the adults all around. Those are the people you have. Perhaps you hate some, perhaps you love some. It's different for everybody, really.
This school has quite the reputation, and you're going to it. It's been referred to as "phenomenal", "astounding", "awe-inspiring", "stimulating", and the crowd favorite, "prestigious". So you must be pretty much all of those things if you're here, you know. Props to you, you made it! But, a question everybody asks themselves at least once in there years here: Will you stay? It's not your typical highschool, but you're not your typical teenager. If you were, you wouldn't be here. Yet, it can be quite the trip.
This school, bearing proudly the name of Red Oak Academy for the Gifted, can be considered as a college-level high school. You come to the school with a major, possibly a minor, and study rigorously in the fields you pursue. There are core classes everyone must take, of course, but those last no more than thirty minutes, while your classes in majors and minors can take up to three hours per seminar [they're known as seminars here]. The majors/minors the school offers are: writing [stories, poems, ect.], journalism, marketing, oceanography & marine biology, ecology, astronomy, psychology, cinematography, dance, musical theatre, art, drama, instrumental, and vocal [performing & visual arts can be divided into sub categories based on genre and style].
While the school is extremely serious, it parties as hard as it works. The school acts as if it is oblivious to these celebrations that happen almost every weekend, seemingly nonstop from Friday evening to Sunday night. It's an untold part of the school, but certainly one of the best for some.

I'm looking for some roleplays to join!

{ What I can offer }
Depending on your definition of semi-lit, I can most often do semi-lit, as I am able to produce a good sized paragraph per post, not counting writers block. I am often on every day, it is rare when I can't get on, however I do have work for about 3 hours on weekdays and have other obligations to attend to. I can play both males and females, however, I am stronger with playing females.
