i started watching orenchi no furo jijou. i like the art style and the character designs a lot and i know i will love the to be released episodes (cause i've read the manga) but i don't understand the opening?? x'd lmao what is such a dramatic opening doing at the beginning of a totally light slice of life anime?? heh
FullMoon's opening looks like a show for kids, fluffy and funny and yet the main girl gets told that she only as one year left in the first episode.
Same goes for Nadia (so many people die in it and yet the opening looks like an adventure - love the opening so much).

Does any of you have an anime recommendation for me? I loved Fruits Basket (my first anime: I got into it last year) and I was looking for something with a similar balance between humor and serious plot, and also between sad/serious and happy moments. I also liked how overall it was a positive anime.
I don't really want anything too depressing, and I'm also not looking for violence, horror or "adult romance" (though I don't think you guys would actually recommend a violent/horror anime based on my love for Fruits Basket). I also don't want an anime with (almost) only girls, unless they are really interesting, since I usually prefer male characters in anime for some reason.
I love when anime characters have a lot of personality, so I'm not really looking for a superficial or predictable romance anime either.
I also enjoyed Ouran High School Host Club and Hetalia. I should actually watch the rest of Hetalia, but I'm looking more for something with more of a plot right now.
