Long, ever so slightly wavy brown hair with natural lighter high lights. Skye's eyes are an expressive hazel colour, and you can often tell what she's thinking just by looking into them. She is a pretty average hight, maybe even a bit tall at 5.7 ft. Her build is typical slim, yet surprisingly strong. She has a light tan to match her brown hair and eyes, which pretty much stays the same all year around

Skye grew up in a middle class family of five, in the beautiful yet small country of New Zealand. She was never very popular, preferring to hang out on her own then with a bunch of other chatter boxes at school. When she did have time with her brothers though, she was always the dare devil. She would always lead the way to trouble, and just as often take the punishment with no objection. When her family decided to move to America for work reasons 5 years ago, she did not exactly jump at the idea of going over seas. Determined not to be shipped off anywhere, Skye managed to run away one night- dragging a not so keen younger brother with her. She was found just 12 hours later a few miles away from a bus stop outside a small town, and taken home to three frantic family members. She is often embarrassed by story, which seems to pop up in family conversation more and more often since she left on holiday.
Once there in America though, she quickly settled in- perhaps quicker then normal for someone like her. She made a decent circle of friends, and upon graduating high school, set off on a trip with her closest friends.

Skye is, as previously mentioned, a dare devil. She is always the first to try things, though doesn't always get away with her courage. A fighter by nature, Skye does not give in very easily. She can often come across as stubborn and cold, but is usually just trying to do her best- whatever the situation may be. She is not exactly what you would call a chatty person, tending to instead speak when the need arises. However, once you get to know her, Skye is a very bubbly person, loyal and true to her word.

When it comes to love, Skye tends to just shut down. Though she has never been in a relationship of any kind, she hates the mention of anything that involves romance. She is often told she will have to get over it one day, but this just makes her even more determined not to

Logan's car lurched to a halt as he pulled into the gravel road, making his friends and their bags shift around and slam into the sides of the van. "Sorry," he mumbled to the seven who sat, crammed into any space they could find. Three in the back seats, two in the middle seats and one on the floor, and someone in the passenger seat. His knuckles turned white, gripping the black leather steering wheel in front of him. Logan was normally a good driver, but he normally didn't have a car full of seven other people. It put him on edge to know that so many lives were depending on him, especially in such a big city. He was glad to have finally gotten to their destination. Climbing out of the car, he took in the salty scent of the ocean with a smile and waited for his friends to exit the vehicle.

Audrey let out a quiet giggle, and waited for her friends to stand up before hopping out of the car. She had offered to sit on the floor of the van, and she honestly didn't really mind. As long as everyone else was happy, Audrey was content. The second her feet hit the ground, the aroma drifted from the beach to her nose. A smile spread across her face, and she stood on the balls of her feet to stretch.

He sat in the back row right in the middle between two of the others, and he'd probably driven them all mad by now with his endless excited jokes and leg pulling. He let out a very unmanly giggle as the car stopped and pretty much bounced right out of the car, almost colliding with Audrey on the way. "Freedom! Air, I love youuu." He cried dramatically and blew a kiss towards the sky, grinning over at Audrey. "Please tell me you're as excited as I am Aubrie. Hey wanna hear a joke?" He asked, purposefully saying her name wrong, though some of the other kids he still wasn't sure if he remembered them correctly, considering they'd just met.

~The Sensitive ~ Eighteen~

Andrew was in the front passenger seat beside Logan as he drove and felt car come to a halt abruptly. It caused him to launch forward but the seat belt stopped him from hitting the window. He fell back into the seat before he brushed his hair out of his face and breathed a sigh of relief. "Logan....i think next time i will drive," he said with a slight smile at his friend before seeing him get out. He saw Aubrey on the floor, he heard Kaeson practically dive out of the car. Andy couldn't help but let out a small chuckle before he climbed out himself. He smelt the salty ocean air fill his nose and he felt a smile appear on his face. His hazel coloured eyes looking around, and waited for the others to get out of the car before he grabbed his stuff. As he waited he stretched his legs and arms, to loosen his stiff muscles.

Skye leaned forward in her seat in excitement as they drew nearer to their destination. She laughed lightly when she was lurched forward a bit by the vans abrupt halt, then undid her seat belt, waiting for the others closer to the door to hop out first. The girls eyes flickered from the watch around her wrist to the view out the window beside her. Skye could already sense the beautiful ocean air from her spot near the back of the vehicle, a smile formed on her lips

Audrey stepped aside, so the others could get out of the car without crashing into her. Looking up at Kaeson as he talked, she giggled when he messed up her name. "Kaeson, I've know you practically my whole life," she laughed, tucking her long brunette hair behind her ear. "It's au-drey," she said, stressing the second syllabull. Having spent most of her life on the beach and never getting tired of it for a day, the petite girl was ready to hit the waves, already dressed in an indigo bikini, a sheer white kimono thrown on top, and no shoes. Despite being barefoot, she stood on the hot pavement anyway, and grabbed her duffel bag and tote bag, waiting for the others to go inside their summer home. "What's the joke?" she replied to Kaeson curiously as she cracked her ankles.

i laughed, climbing out of the car while the others joked around. i immediately smelled the salty tang in the air, breathing it in happily. it felt great to be here, with my friends, with the beach so close by. i scuffed the ground with my shoe as the others continued to giggle at each other. i sighed peacefully, looking to see if the others were ready to head to the beach for the afternoon.
'are we going to the beach or not?' i exclaimed, pretending to look disappointed. i pouted, poking my bottom lip out, but laughing at the same time, so my whole face ended up trembling.

He let out a laugh, throwing his head back as he usually did. "Okay okay." He took a couple deep breaths and pretended to fan himself, trying in vain to calm down a bit. "What do you call a seagull if it lives on the bay? A bagel!" He said and almost doubled over laughing, not even knowing why such a terrible cheesy joke was so hilarious. It really wasn't that funny but he had an infectious laugh that usually caught on to the people around him.
