"I p've determined we have about 3 hours before the storm touches the island.. And it's approximetly 3 miles from this location to the center." TIV looking back at the rising waves. "I'm TIV, by the way. Tornado Interception Vehicle, but I can withstand a whole bunch of other storms."

[adelphi prime.]

"Finn McMissile. Alright. You spread out this way," he nodded towards the left, "and I'll take off this way. You have horns, so I'm sure you can cover more ground. I'm a sports-car, not built for this weather, but I'll do my best." He didn't even pause to think about the situation, it was life or death, and he would not let the fatalities rise. "Good luck."

" don't go against the wind, since your lighter frame will be easily tossed around in these strengthening winds.. I'll go against the wind, you shouldn't. And I covered half the city earlier. And there's a few spots near the beaches that are flooding as we speak, so be careful. And don't go to fast.." TIV frowns, kicking on his bright LED headlights. "I'm debating wether I must tell you more yields, or not. Listing more yields will waste time."

Celty looks at her phone. 'I hope no one has been wounded...'

Finn grimaced, "I know how to get along in weather! So, you're right! I don't need anymore yields." The Aston Martin, being a spy, was actually a lot heavier than he looked, having most of his frame reinforced with stronger armor and bulletproof glass. He set off, skidding slightly against the ground in a single gust of wind. The first place he was going was to get Celty.

Arriving at the garage he'd found, he rolled in, shaking droplets of water off of him almost like a dog. It had no purpose, as he was just going out again, but it was habit. "Celty, there's a hurricane coming towards us. We've got to get to the higher ground in the middle of the island."

Spitfire was equipped to fly in storms like these, be she still preferred not to. Her hideaway had flooded, forcing her out into the open. The beast like machine held her wings close to her body, allowing herself to be more aerodynamic without causing lift to form under her wings.

TIV jetted forward, against the wind, the warm gusts of wind rattling his frame slightly. He blasted his horn, yelling "GET TO HIGHER GROUND AT THE CENTER OF THE CITY!!!!"

Celty stands. 'What?! I'm helping you gather anyone else out there.'

Link gasped, hearing TIV. He pointed to the sky and used his arms to show they needed shelter or something of the like.

Toph tensed hearing Oliver, "Great."

"Hm?" She turned into a fox and ran towards him.

[Prince Endymion]

Link jumped around, pointing to higher ground.

[adelphi prime.]

"No," Finn said sternly, "You're going to higher ground. I'll search for others. Warn them. If you want, you can help me by warning others as you go. It's a three mile trip, and we've got around 12 hours." With that, he took off further into the city, calling out and warning others. His voice, though strong, didn't carry far, and he struggled as the wind whipped against him broadside. He wasn't built for this, and he knew it, but that didn't stop the car.

Spitfire heard the blaring horn and pricked her head up. She scurried towards TIV, her claws leaving deep gouges in the mud where she stepped. "Awaiting orders sir," she said purely out of programming. "001 reporting."

Blake nodded, biting his shirt and starting to drag him.

TIV looks at Spitfire. "Could you help Finn and I get everyone to the higher ground at the center of the city?" He asks, toning his horn down.

Celty puts her phone in her pocket and runs out of the garage, nearly loosing her footing when a gust of wind smacked her back. She mentally scowls and her clothes waver into more areodynamic clothing as she ran for the center of the city. There wasn't much the could do but run and wave her arms histerically.
