It's your last summer before college, and your parents have finally let you go on the vacation
that you dreamed of. Best part, your friends get to go with you. Together, you've rented out a
home near the beach. The sun always beats down, almost never going below ninety degrees at
this time of year. The house is located on the beach, just a few steps before you end up in the
water. There's plenty of beachfront stores to keep you occupied, and you have more than
enough money to blow.

However, even though everyone has their own rooms, this group of friends has never
been in each other's presence for more than a few days, and now they're staying together
for three months. Will their friendship hold, or will conflicts arise?

The middle child of his married parents, Logan often finds himself alone. He doesn't object however, as he
finds his older sister (who has long since graduated and moved out) drama-inducing, and his younger sister
annoying. Logan lives in a two story home in the middle of an urbanized area, about a mile away from large
shopping malls, stores, and busy traffic. He often escapes the loud noise and fast-paced life by taking his
windhound, Darling, for walks along the trails. Darling is his best friend, and he wouldn't go anywhere
without her if he can do something about it. While he does love his family and friends, he often turns
toward his pet for comfort, as there's a lack of judgement.

Logan grew up in a big city full of people. The schools that he grew up in held the same rules: eat or be eaten.
He didn't learn this, however, until he came across a group of friends who decided that being eaten was the far
better option. Throughout middle school, he was bullied: called names, spit on, dunked in the toilet. He went
through all of this without a peep, hoping they'd stop if he just accepted it. It didn't take long for his family to
discover his harassment, and they moved as soon as middle school was over. During high school, Logan lived in
the same city he does now. However, he still tends to keep to himself. Socialization doesn't come easily, as he
didn't do it a lot with people who weren't close to him as a kid, and it's hard for him to open up to others.

Logan is easily embarrassed, especially at the sound of romance. Whenever someone asks him about why he
doesn't date, he just shakes his head. There was a time when Logan thought about girls, and getting married,
but now the thought of it makes him uneasy. If someone were to love him, it would take a lot of patience for
him to cop up to his feelings. Even if he feels the same, it may take a while for him to admit it to himself.

Ian Walker was born on July fifteenth, 1996 to Karlah and Samuel Walker. His parents had feuded already over his first name before his birth, so they decided to not even try to give him a middle name, therefore giving him a two-word full name. However, the boy does indeed prefer being called Ace. It was a name given to him in first grade, when he and his parents would play cards & the boy would always end up holding all the aces in the deck, one way or another. And, well, the name just ended up catching on. Quite a few times, he has found himself failing to respond to his real name due to hearing Ace so much. He has lived in America for his entire life, but both of his parents are full-blooded Australian, both living there until they married at the age of twenty-three and twenty-six. Ian doesn't have much of an Australian accent, but if he's angry or talking with a large amount of passion, it can somewhat be heard. he is a eighteen year old guy who is adored for his looks, but often despised for his personality. He's aware of this fact, and openly embraces it. It's simply a fact of life, he won't change to impress others. So, whether you like him or not, he doesn't really care.

Ace is six-foot-two, 148 pounds of- well, according to some- sexiness. He's infamous for his good looks, which catches the eyes of many people. He works out daily, typically, so the guy is set with a nice set of abs, toned arms and legs, and a good physique. However, he's not body-builder toned. In fact, that just looks jocky and stupid to him. Anyway, he has large, round, coffee-brown eyes and a darker color in his hair, which is a deep brown that can look black under some lighting conditions. Now that his hair has been mentioned, the fact can be said that he also typically wears it gelled to the side, perhaps in a prep-boy kind of style. But, it's just his thing. He has been told on many occasions that he has a nice jawline, now with the new addition of a beard. He had been growing it out for the last couple of months, and has a product he likes for the time being. Perhaps it's thought that beards on younger men aren't attractive, but Ian tends to set his own rules & make it work.
And as far as style goes, although being labeled as a "bad boy" many a time, Mr. Walker over here tends to not look the part. One will rarely catch him in a leather jacket, ratty jeans, or anything like that. Rather, he dresses quite classily, but makes it look casual. He typically sports a darkly-colored button up and some skinny jeans, or if he's going for a bit more relaxed, a nice brand-name sweatshirt or simple t-shirt. No, he doesn't dress like that to get attention, or look presentable- it's just what he finds himself comfortable in. The boy also has a bit of a thing for aviator glasses, owning over twenty different pairs. So, one could expect to see him in some. According to some sources, he looks great in them. Anywaaay... well, what else is there to mention about his style? Bum days don't exist for Ace. He doesn't have any tattoos or piercings, and doesn't plan on getting any.

Ace is the best guy you'll ever meet, and simultaneously the worst. You either love him or you hate him, there's no in between. Sadly, Ian tends to have quite a few enemies, but he doesn't mind, doesn't worry over the "haters". He knows he's above them, and doesn't give them a second thought. That's a demonstration of his confidence and realizing who he is. He knows how he works and what he does, and doesn't feel the need to change for others. However, if you are one of his friends, you'll quickly discover his sense of humor. Ian is a very sarcastic guy, and witty, silly remarks constantly roll off his tongue without a thought. Obviously, some people hate that fact, while others find it absolutely hilarious. He's not good at having a filter when it comes to ignorant people or remarks, and doesn't censor how he responds to it. Another aspect of his sense of humor is the fact that it's rather morbid. Oftentimes involving dark subjects, some may be sensitive to it, but once again, Ace doesn't give a damn-- I should probably mention the fact that he's not good at censoring his language, either... So don't be surprised. Even if he doesn't think before he speaks, Axl can be quite the exquisite speaker. He's known for his smooth compliments and flirty tongue, making nearly anybody swoon if he so desires it to be that way. As has been previously established, Ace Walker absolutely adores aviator sunglasses. When questioned about why, he's simply responded that he likes the way they look- they're different. Also, they make his face look great. He may be seen wearing those glasses as he goes to see something he loves: action movies. In particular, any Marvel movie. He's in it for the thrill, and thoroughly enjoys a good combat scene. Perhaps after the movie, he'd head on over to a friend's house to go to a party, which he also likes. Although he'd never admit it, Ace feels most himself and happy when he's partying, with the loud music and dancing and drinks... all his worries melt away as he has a good time with friends. Anyone who's partied with him says he's a delight to have there, as well.
Now, you've seen some reasons as to why Ace is as loveable as ever. But here's the thing- he's hate-worthy, as well. Remember how it was mentioned that many find him attractive? Well, he's completely aware of that and will use it to his advantage. Ian tends to get what he wants, any girl, any thing. It's usually not much of a challenge. I should relay the fact, however, that Ace doesn't typically vie after girls, they normally go for him and he picks and chooses who he flirts with. That certainly brews some dislike. So, not only is he fully aware of his good looks, he uses it. And going back to his sarcasm, the dude is known for going a bit overboard and using it so much that people can't tell if he's being playfully sarcastic or straight-up rude. Many friends have been lost due to that, but hey, it happens. He knows that, especially when it comes to an extrovert like him. Loosing friends is as easy as making them. But, of course, his pride and ego don't get damaged as people back away from him, he's still as self-confident as ever. And this fact, mixed with his constant sarcasm, provides for some very snarky responses... whoops. But, moving on, one thing that Ace tends to absolutely loathe is people. Not all people, but "the annoying genre", as he himself words it. Aka, the ones who get to clingy, either in friendship or relationships, and the ones who are all sappy about every little thing, especially romance. "Like, hey, I just said you have nice eyes, I didn't ask you to marry me. Chill." More wise words from the man himself. And whiny people really get on his nerves as well, especially those who whine about their problems and issues to him when they aren't even friends. He doesn't care, and it's a load of crap to him. Just a fact.
Perhaps one could call Ian shallow. Perhaps he is. But, as always, people are deeper than they seem at first glance. Note the fact that if you are Ace's friend, and he knows you're a real friend, he will defend you with his life. Suddenly, his sharp tongue and strength will be on your side for all of your friendship. He cares about your struggles, and wants to help you, but he may not exactly be able to express that. But he's a loyal guy who will kill to make you happy- if you're truly good friends. And, as far as fears go, it begins pretty cliche with his fear of death. Who isn't at least the slightest bit scared to die? And then- okay, this fear sounds really idiotic, but deal with it. Ace worked so hard to get in shape, and he doesn't want to loose his looks. So he's afraid to gain weight. It happens. And finally, although he looses many people, Ace still fears it. Not some fake friend walking out of his life- that doesn't bother him in the slightest. But, his family or few honest friends turning their back on him, or being taken from him- he tries not to imagine that happening.
So, there you have it. You can either love or hate Ace. It's up to you.

You already know about him being born. There wasn't any special circumstances or anything, sorry to break it to ya. In fact, nothing much about his life has been movie-worthy or press-worthy, really. And Ace is just fine with that. He doesn't need all eyes on him- not that he minds it. He doesn't work to impress others. And maybe you thought that because Ian can be initially considered a really crappy guy, he must have "some horrible past of feuding and death and sadness that has caused him to build walls around himself as shelter from being hurt again". Well, in the words of the infamous Ian "Ace" Walker, "HELL NO." In fact, it's been quite the opposite. He's lived a rather pampered life, in a big luxurious house with two loving parents and eventually two dogs and sisters. Nobody in his house really fights at all. The only thing that has ever caused much dispute is the temperment. While the rest of his family is quiet and polite, Ace somehow got the gene of speaking what's on his mind and being quite sarcastic. This difference got so upsetting all of one time. This happened about four months ago, which caused Ace to grab some of his most important things and storm out of the house. He got an apartment with his friend in the same city as his old house, which is Los Angeles. He manages a job at a local restaurant as a waiter. He hates the job, but it's what he's doing to currently make a living. And yeah, it's a little out-of-character for him, perhaps, but... To be quite honest, when it comes to his job and making a living, Ian has no idea what he wants to do.
But, anyway, he still loves his family, but it was better for everyone if he moved out... His sisters were born ten years ago, meaning that they're nine years old. They absolutely adore their brother and love being around him. Another pair that loves Ian would be his dogs. The dalamation being named Rusty by their mother, it is the older of the two dogs, but is a huge sweetheart that thinks he's a lap dog. The small black lab is named Gerard by Elena based off a boy she liked two years ago, when they got the dog. And Gerard is a playful little pup that loves to jump around and never stop moving.

Now, here's the thing. Ace doesn't go after people, people go after him. He doesn't like people, people like him. It's just a fact. Every now and then, Ian will pick someone who's interested in him and choose to woo her for a short amount of time. He's not into serious relationship, and therefore has never had one. He's had countless girls consider him their "boyfriend" because they kissed or went on a date, but he doesn't consider that real. He doesn't do girlfriends or relationships. In fact, he doesn't believe in love. He thinks it's a plotline made for cheesy Disney movies, only to keep little kids entertained and hoping and pursuing the thought of "true love". He believes in love of family and friends, but soulmates and relationships are a load of bull to him.
