There were voices ahead. Silas pulled his mare to a stop on the road, inwardly debating whether or not continuing on this road or cutting through the woods around them. Sighing, he urged his mare onwards. There was no point in stopping, and it wasn't as though there was somewhere to hide nearby--not with the mare, at least. If worse came to worse and the people on the road in front of him were dangerous, he could just blast them with magic and run.

Alitura gave a silent sigh if relief that they weren't bandits and he bowed his head slightly with a small smile.
"U-um, I was wondering if you could tell me where I am? I-I lost my map a bit ago.." He trailed off and absent mindedly scratched the back of his head and patted the white mane of his horse. Oh how he hated his bashfulness.

"Well, I'm guessing we are on the road that connects to Riften!" He chuckled. "Otherwise I don't think the two of us would be here. Where exactly were you heading?"

Mira looked towards her companion." You guess?" she sighed lightly." Divines guide us." She teased, smirking lightly. In all honesty she is directionally challenged. Getting lost is something she has gotten used to. Without her map, she would probably end up somewhere in Winterhold when she needs to be in Riften.

Nyx lifted her head as her drink was put in front of her. She picked up the mead, drinking about half before putting it back on the table with a large sigh. She shut her white eyes, leaning her head on her hand.

Jociel rubbed his head and sipped his mead, scowling at the wooden bar counter. After a few minutes of this he looked up and scowled at the ceiling. He scowled all around the room and finally started scowling ay Nyx.

"You're not from here, are you?" Jociel asked the woman, his tone not matching his expression.

Sicarius purred and flicked his tail. Her never really carried a map himself. He just followed his instinct and road signs. Ninety percent of the time he was right, the other ten he was being chased off the path by spiders while he fought off wolves, ran through bandit camps, and thrown in jail for crimes he committed months before. Of course he always managed to talk himself out of it though. "I say we are going the right way." He grinned widely.

Alitura shrugged with a small smile. "I-it doesnt really matter. I just need someplace with a store. I-I can't really do much fighting with a dagger and healing spells." He said and pulled out the small blade. He place in back in its sheath and shrugged again. "D-do you mind if I travel with you?"

"I do not mind at all!" He looked to the girl. He now realized he didn't know her name and sighed. "It is up to you."

It was not long before he ran into the group to which the voices belonged. He eyed them warily as he approached, though maintained a casual outwards appearance. They did not seem to be too interested in him, or all that hostile for that matter, though he wasn't about to let his guard down so quickly. The last time he had... No, now was not the time to dwell on that.

Nyx opened her eyes and looked towards Jociel." No, and if I were you, I would stop glaring. Its impolite and unkind." She said calmly, taking a drink of her mead.

Mira looked at Sicarius." I dont care," She said and looked back at Alitura." but keep up." She gave a gentle smirk.
