Reddawn opened her eyes and looked about, her family was gone and she was alone. The pain of her injuries from the log was gone. She felt stronger than ever, light and free. The landscape was beautiful and a gentle sweet smelling breeze blew her fur. She sighed, this was StarClan and she was dead. She had left her family all behind but...not all of them! The sons and daughters she had lost over the years and her mate! They would all be here, sadness filled her as she thought of Ash, she would have to choose.

Spottedmoon smiled and appeared in front of RedDawn. She purred, "mom!"

Reddawn's smile returned, "Spottedmoon! Oh I have missed you" she purred, padding over to her daughter.

Spottedmoon pressed her face into RedDawn's shoulder, "You have no idea!"

Reddawn grinned, "Oh! Where is Redkit and your siblings?" she asked, looking about the expanse.

Spottedmoon shrugged, "They should be around here someplace... I'm not sure."

Reddawn nodded, "So, how is it up here?" she asked, somewhat worriedly.

Spottedmoon purred, "Great! There is never a leafbare and it's always day. No sickness and we heal automatically... well, up here, at least."

Reddawn smiled dreamily, "It sounds wonderful, things were getting really hard for NightClan" she mewed.

Spottedmoon nodded her agreement, "Yes."
