Okay question to all you amazing artists.

What's your art setup? Like what do you use? Mac, PC? Tablet kind and stylus kind? Art program?

I apparently got the wrong computer. It runs on android so I can't download gimp or anything to art with, and the stylus I got, frankly, sucks. (It's a Bamboo duo) So I'm gunna return it all, so I need to know what the heck to get because I need things that actually work.

(If this isn't allowed just have everyone PM me their answers thanks)

Not amazing, but my setup is The HP Beats Audio limited edition laptop (Running Windows 7) PC ($600, but I know my SO didn't pay that much...)
I have the Wacom Bamboo Create, and it came with Photoshop Elements 12 (Which is somewhere between $100-$200)
I can do any of the others with it but I'm not a huge fan of Chibipaint. SAI, I didn't want to pay for and downloaded a really nasty system crashing virus attempting to get a free version (Not recommended). And I've never attempted Firealpaca or Gimp, but I'm pretty sure it would be fine with both.
