John made the first blow and punched Zaylen square in the jaw.

Zaylen staggered and slipped. He looked up at John with wide eyes still holding the letter and other items.

Johns voice was authoritive and commanding. "Get your arse back inside! Now, Zaylen! I'm not going to argue any longer on this subject." His eyes flicked to Luna as he stepped over the stunded Zaylen and back into the house.

Vecili raised a brow.

Vander grinned and luaghed. "You don't look to good, Su. Guess it's a good thing we came running when we did, but that cat was a pain in the arse."

Sukka frowned. "A calico cat that shifts?"

Vander nodded. "Yeah, how did you..."

Aspen nodded, "Hunters." He said scowling.

Luna looked back at John scared and climbed down the tree and ran into the forest.

Vander looked at Destini. "You did?"

Sukka nodded.

Ava had somehow managed to make it to the forest. She walked slowly.

Vander looked at her surprised. "You feeling alright? Last I knew Destini didn't want confrontation."

Aspen looked over to her. "Winter's cold." He said.

Luna saw Ava and jumped onto her shoulder.
