"Reserved line-art can only be obtained by litters, even if I do a custom or breeding, you can not get it though that."

It means you can breed a reserved line-art cat, but you can't get a reserved cat. This includes Sock Cats of coarse.
Sock Cat X Regular Cat =/= Sock cat
Sock Cat X Sock Cat =/= Sock Cat

So, you might want to think twice about breeding them, because many properties of the reserved cat will be taken away . . .
