quill do the amazing animation, you've never held a raffle custom before so go all out. do it....

Quil, what if you have tried getting gimp but doesn't work? Is there anything else's?
(I have the files but I'm starting to not like pixlr as much)

People like Sai, but it's a disaster for people who don't know how to install things. Gimp should work, there isn't a reason for it not to as long as you download it properly . . .

Also, Gimp's "confusing" because there's a lot in it XD That's why it's so good.
