I only have one Lv. 100, the others are faaaar away from this stage ^^'

Heatran and any other gendered legendaries technically aren't legendaries because they have genders and are allowed to compete in non-legend online competitions, right?

Yes, you are right. I must say that I even don't count Pokémon like Manaphy or Victini as Legendarie, I count them as Special Pokémon ^^

I don't really bother trading "fairly" with Pokemon (I usually just trade whichever extras I have for whichever Pokemon I want/need,) but I might be able to answer other questions you have. Feel free to PM me anytime you need help with something.
