Her eyes closed, she said, "the kits. I can't stand it. It hurts so bad..."Dapplestar got closer to him. She just wanted the whole thing to be over with... The water had almost drained, though the entrance was still moderately blocked... Cats could go to the Nursery and med den once more. "they...they're free to go back, I think...they might have more warmth down there as well..." Dapplestar lay down now. The pain was terrible, but the kits weren't coming quite yet...

Shadowclaw turned to Sparrowing guessing that she had heard what Dapplestar said. "Can you please tell the others that they can go back to their dens. I don't want to leave Dapplestar's side." He said laying down next to her and curling up around her as best he can. "Is there anything I can do for you?" He asked as he rubbed his head against hers lightly.

She looked at him for a second then smiled, "Take them for me?" She chuckled. She tried to stand but the weight and pain was just too much now.

Sparrowwing nodded and went to the rest of the cats. "Everyone!" she called out in a surprisingly loud voice. "You can all go back to your dens!" Riverclaw jumped over to Fernleaf and picked up one of their kits, a ginger tom with black stripes, and waded to the nursery.

Shadowclaw smiled laughing lightly at her joke. "I would if I could." He said glad to see that she was atleast smileing. "Lay still I can get what ever you need." He said not wanting to leave her side but also not wanting her to have to try and move about

Lillypool smiled at his offer. "Thats nice, but I'm fine, really!"

Dapplestar lay still as he told her to, and shook her head, "I'm fine... Lets just lay here. "

Froststorm nodded licking her cheek before turning and jumping down to the branch below them. "Be carefull it is slippy and I am sure that the ground is muddy." He said as he kept going slowly down the branches stoping to wait for her on the lowest branch.

Shadowclaw smiled gently curling his tail around Dapplestar's. "That sounds like a good Idea." He said happy to finally just lay there with her.

Dapplestar put her head on his paws. "They're getting so close..." She said mezmerized by the pattering in her belly. She just wanted them out, she almost wished she'd never had Fallen in love with Shadow. They caused her pain... A tear fell down her tired face.

Shadowclaw licked her cheek sadly hopeing to stop the tear. "I am so sorry." He said knowing that she would not have to go through the pain right now if it wasn't because of him.
