As a graphic design artist, I rate based off what I see, the colour schemes behind what I see, and the work behind it, along with the colour harmony and overall closure to the signature. (Also signature's relation to the avatar you currently have as well)

Very clean and tidy, not pixelated at all and there is a contrast from the art to the background.

There is a signature at the bottom of it, which looks pretty and well done, but it doesn't match anything else, then there is the default CS pet being advertised for trade, I think? (I don't know, the text given says 'Might be for trade, so you may or may not trade that pet. >.< That can be confusing to some people) and from where I am seeing it, it looks as if there is a lot of unused space, because most of the signature is to the left. c:
