Tigerpaw was too busy worrying about his sister to notice lightpaw. He sat with his littermates near the entrance of the apprentice den.

Lilyleaf set to work on Nightwhisper, all her old med skills, flowing back.

Nightwhisper whimpered in his unconscious state, his wounds slowly starting to hurt less.

Sparkpelt paced on the shore of the lake, churning the pebbles with his paws. He had never been more anxious in his entire life.

Lilyleaf lay just outside the med den, exhausted. She had worked hard to mend the wounds of the two cats.

Lightpaw lay on a warm stone, watching the activity of camp. Her muscles were too week for her to walk around, but her eyes missed nothing as she watched the unfamiliar kits play, and the kits who were now apprentices, and her friends who were now warriors.

Frostfeather pacing the camp. She knew the kitting wasn't going well.

After a very long time, Pantherleaf finally called Sparkpelt over. Her mew was exhausted and sad.

Bluesoul could only blink at her mate since she was so tired. Four bundles lay next to her. One, a blue and black tom like his mother, was completely still. Another was barely breathing and would not feed. It was a ginger and blue shecat. The other two had fed a little, but were still weak.

She padded past raven kit and into the med cat den.

Blossomkit approached Lightpaw. "Who are you?" She asked, curious.

She took a nest inside the med cat den and looked down disbondiantly at the moss in her nest. She sighed a sad sigh.

Lightpaw blinked at the kit and tilted her head. "I'm Lightpaw. Who are you?"

Lilyleaf blinked at Echokit. "What are you doing in here?" She yawned.

Lilyleaf purred "thank you very much, but they're both sleeping right now." She paused "though, I'd appreciate you keeping an eye on them while I get something to eat and a nap."
