Some of the markings look too similar.

Who's cat was made first? Also I honestly think the frist one is almost identical to the second one the tail, the legs, and the cloud are identical which In my opinion who ever made the cat after the cat that was made first bascilly stole the lienart and just edited a few small thigns...

The pixels are identical....I lined them up an layered them, making one lighter and then it disappear completely...Nothing changes in the pixels other then a bit of color and some shading in
