I don't think so... Unless they plan to release the new releases before the 1st of the month.
New adopts usually update at 11:00 PM(for me) which is 12:00 AM EDT, and that's about 6 and a half hours away.

They could be cycling out the Bazaar pets as from what I've seen, when the Bazaar is involved in the update, it takes longer.
They could also be implementing something, I'm honestly very curious as to what is waiting for us beyond this update. 83

And I sure am! I didn't get to participate in the Egypt event so I'm all over this Halloween event
