I think you should remove the store dog. The 2010 dog itself is very high in demand. Maybe add some more uncommon to your side after removing the two store pets.

What out of these pets can I edit this trade to to make it fair for both of us?

This is what they have that I want wrote:=Rare, =Rare, =Very Rare, =Very Rare, =Very Rare
They are currently offering these 2 pets:
=Very Rare, =Rare

They want these 2 pets from me wrote:,

I would like it to be fair to both of us if possible, but I would also prefer older pets.

I would say that the 2009 VR Rainbow dog and the 2014 store pet would be fair for the both of them. That;s actually over-pay from them, but the Aussie's have nice demand,
