You see, I need this picture cropped and to have a transparent background but I don't know how. My art programme messed up so the PS has a HUGE white background, and is very tiny, so I need the white background gone and the PS to be the normal size (45 width × 40 height)

I know a tutorial where you can make backgrounds transparent with MS paint.
Also I recommend using MS paint for cropping.
