After a splutter of coughs, Iceflower shrieked in pain. Her body was engulfed in spazs of birth, her legs shaking as she growled in torture.

Softwillow looked up, her ears perked, running to the nursery. her mouth gaping. "The kits already?" She asked, shaking her head. The she-cat got low, calling for Soulpaw.

Soulpaw trotted into the den, "I heard shrieking! What's wrong?"

"Kits, Iceflower, Pltlltvvt!" She spluttered, signaling him over.

He hurried quickly, "They're coming already?"

"I guess!" She said, blood beginning to cover the ground around Iceflower. Softwillow's paws were soaked as she she worked at clearing the area around her and Iceflower, her eyes narrowed in determination.
