Carppaw was already far into the forest, shaking with anger and sorrow.

Hickorypaw felt his eyes water again. He collapsed on the ground and sobbed. He had nothing left. He had pushed away all his friends. He had left his family behind. It wasn't Carppaw and Jaypaw that were the jerks. It was him all along.

Littlepaw stumbled to the medicine cat den.

Rowanpaw's ears perked, she was climing the huge cave's walls in search of cobwebs, in the corners where she could often find them. She leaped down the rocks and padded over. "How can i help you?" she asked.

Cinderclaw Leaped on him, tackling him into the water. "Gotchya!" she laughed.
