About this Piggle
Can control snow and ice (like elsa pretty much)
Has ice shards growing out of its back and hanging from its tail
Ice shards on it never melt
Breath can be seen no matter what temp. it is outside
it is always cold
You cannot name it elsa or I shall slay you an cry due to Elsa :'D

Other than that impress me in 700 words or less, art is unlimited c;
