What is a Keardor?
A Keardor is a smaller cousin species of the Kora. It is a type of big cat with a bright spirit and a love for feathers. Keardors are partially feathered themselves, usually at their rears and cheeks. Crown and ankle feathers are less common. They have feathery dorsal manes that rut backwards or upright. They are short at the head and never fall forward. Their tails are huge and plumy, and they take great pride in this feature. Keardors, like Koras, often have spots, but significantly fewer. They usually stay restricted to paws, face, and/or rear. Keardors are quite outgoing and lovable, though very finicky about choosing a master.
Perhaps, you can be their companion of choice.

Brief history; Lillian had a very hard childhood. She was ridiculed by the other children due to her unnaturally bright pelt. Her parents did not understand or simply did not care, but either way she got no help from them. As she grew older the bullying became less frequent but when it did happen it was much more severe. Depression ruled her life, but she would not let it control her. She found her escape through music. Everyday after hours of pushing through the day, Lillian the would put her headphones on and tune out the world.

Brief history; Anika has lived alone for as long as she remembers. Orphaned at a young age, she survived on berries and plants in the woods before coming upon an ancient temple, overgrown with moss. She's very comfortable there, and even after later finding a village where she could trade for food and water, Anika much prefers her ancient home. uvu

Brief history; Aurora (Latin for Dawn), used to always love watching sunsets. They were so similar to her fur, and she thought they were very beautiful. She would run through the forest and stand near the edge of a cliff just to watch the sun sink below the horizon. One day, during the late summer, a very special sunset had rays so bright and colors so vivid, Aurora couldn't help but stare in amazement. The sunset was just too bright for her young eyes, and she became colorblind after the incident. To this day, the only color she sees, is the last drop of color from each sunset. The dangerous yet beautiful remind her of her past.

This keardor was born on a early sunrise, peaking over the forest's edge. She was unfortunately left alone to live by theirselves at the age of 3 years (human years). She lived by herself alongside many forest animals. She's grown to love them and actually communicate with them. For all the years of her life from the age of three to the age of fifteen, shes being doing everything on her own, not knowing the great big world outside the forest she was in. When she turned sixteen, she decided to go out exploring, but then she found a road. Not knowing what it was she stood in the middle of it. A car headed towards her, but then stopped as another keardor stepped out. It was the first time she'd seen another keardor since she was left alone when her parents died. Not knowing how to communicate, she felt very embarrassed. The keardor was very nice fortunately and helped her out. From then on, she continued highschool, but she received special classes to help her catch up to the other highschoolers. She learned quickly and received good grades, even advancing above the other keardors who had had previous studies. She's now 19 years old and she's studying even more by going to college. She's learning more about biology, and she plans to become a biologist after her graduation.
