TBH, to someone who doesn't seem to care that their dog got stolen, and who, instead of even contacting a trainer for their misbehaving dog, just gives away their dog on a whim, the only breed I can suggest is a stuffed animal. That will neither get stolen nor will it dig up the flowers.
Dogs are work. If you're not willing to put in the work, don't get a dog.

I have dogs, and the new owner wanted her so badly
And I do care about Yappy, I'm still searching for him. But if he was on that plane, I can't get him. And besides, I can visit Fern everyday, and she loves her new home. Also, she IS trained. She just loves to dig, it's a dog thing. She can dig on her new home forever and ever, and is even happier. Also, Yappy is being searched for. He might be getting a ride to London right now! But I don't know, if he is going to London, then I hope he enjoys his visit. Even if I still had Yappy and Fern, I would still be getting another dog.

Most dogs like to dig, and most dogs have behavior problems when you first get them. I reconsider getting another dog if something simple like that was an issue for your family.

Digging is often a symptom of boredom. Especially if it's constant, uncontrollable digging. If it wasn't a symptom of boredom (which it likely was like most destructive behavior is), you could have easily given her an outlet by providing a sand box (literally all it has to be is a kiddie pool filled with play sand) and encouraging her to dig in there.
Just rehoming a dog without trying to fix a problem no matter how far away or how often you can see them is NOT fair to the dog.

Believe it or not, but they are real. What makes you think that they are fake?
Anyways I'm going to go take a nap ^_^
Then possibly walk my dogs, to some are "make believe" dogs, I guess I can see that.
But it doesn't matter, maybe they might find Yappy, if they don't... Poor little Yappy! But knowing him he will find someone's house to hide under, and then I will get information
Time to nap, walk the dogs, then scan the internet for any signs of Yappy
Bye everyone!
(Edit:)
Also, Fern wasn't bored. She might have been jealous if possible, but she can still get visits. I heard she is living my friends house, and her yard

Uhm, yeah it's a dog thing, but it's also a trainable thing...
Link developed a MASSIVE digging issue when our yard was being worked on and was mostly dirt on one side. He didn't dig a whole lot prior to this, aside from the occasional figuring out that's a sprinkler head sticking out of the lawn randomly. But all that exposed dirt must have been too tempting.
Instead of sending him back to the breeder or rehoming him, we worked with him. He now knows he's allowed to dig in the tortoise pen but no where else in the yard. And occasionally he goes over into the tortoise pen and starts tearing it up, which is fine by me because he leaves the rest of the yard alone (Dexter tears it up with his random digging too, so I'm not concerned with trying to completely squash Links digging when part of the yard is for it anyways). It wasn't a whole lot of work to redirect his bad habit to a safe area for him to still enjoy digging.
Dog thing or not, it's trainable.

You do know that when dogs are stolen it ain't a good thing, right? 99% of the time anymore they're used as baiters.. Either that or forced to breed in deplorable conditions. It's pretty sad when there's a torn up or matted dog at a shelter that fits the bill of a pup that was missing a year or two ago. Doesn't happen much here, dogs'll wander the town and everyone knows em by name but in other places.. I'd be far more concerned for the welfare of your poor little dog. Was the dog even fixed? If he wasn't I bet you he was probably stolen to use as a stud for a bby project assuming this is all 100% true
About Fern.. You could've just trained the poor thing? I agree, if you can't train a dog, don't get a dog. If you get another what if s/he does the same thing? Would you give that dog away too?

The dogs have been a bit overwhelmed the last couple of days, my mom passed early yesterday morning. They know somethings wrong and have been very on edge and overly affectionate and attached. The constant flow of people also hasn't helped them at all and Lucky has had stress upset stomach since mid-yesterday. Ugh, I wish there was something I could do to make them more comfortable. I guess when the house settles a bit so will they.

Even the cats have been super attached and Eagles slept on my chest last night, something he never does.
Honey, it's in the stars
And you're my everything from here to Mars
And every word I say I truly mean
Dear darling, I hope I'm being clear
'Cause there's no one like you on earth
That can be my universe

I honestly don't believe the dog was stolen. Personally, my fear-aggressive-to-the-point-she-bites-everyone-else dog would A) bark at the person approaching her, B) growl, C) probably start yelping if she was grabbed roughly even if she wasn't being hurt. It would 110% get my attention and I would run outside immediately to see what the fudge is going on. What it wouldn't be is a totally silent affair.
Which... I don't really understand why you would throw outside a dog whose 'afraid of everything' and leave it outside unsupervised. Doesn't really compute in my brain.
On top of that... you can't exactly just hop onto a plane with a dog, no matter where the plane is going. There are regulations against that.
