Oh goodness we are already at 500!! Alright before I open the new RPW's for artists I am waiting on one more thread to be posted ;o; And there are a lot of surprises which I am still keeping a surprise!

1. You will notice there are no more custom tokens! We have gotten rid of them ;o; from now on the only way to earn a custom is through select events! They won't be as easy to get either, but please don't let this discourage you! Events will be fun and totally worth it I promise!

2. The Special Number box is gone! That's right, we are cutting down on special RPW's from now on there is only going to be special 50's and 100's and they will be done by the same artist! The confusion of who was doing what number was a pain and a hassle so we have decided to do this instead. However, artists will still be allowed to do special theme'd ones for events! Holiday's and even birthdays! Just so we can include everyone <3

3. The rules are still being worked on, if you do not understand them or have a question about them feel free to message me and I will fix it and clear it up!

4. Slots, with the clean sweep and starting fresh we have decided to lower the amount of slots! However this does not mean you have to give up your rpw's you may if you do not feel a connection/no long think you can care for this RPW. In turn I am allowing mated RPW's to go into the pound, by request of a few people, follow the rules and you will be fine.

5. Staff has not been fully updated and we will be looking for more along the way after 500 is posted up -by that I mean even just the cover-.

6. All of these changes and rules are for the benefit of RPW's and the community! We still love you all but we need to get ourselves together!

7. Special items and edits will have a new system on how you can require them! That is a work in progress right now but will be up soon enough!

8. Breeding is now different as well! We will roll to decide if we pass on traits! You may request if you wish for a certain trait to not be passed down! Items will be modified to fit the new standards and rules so before you decide to use them you will need to read the changes! We also have put a new limit on how many times your RPW can breed, the limit is 4 right now. It may be increased later, or it may not. Also we have a new litter size as well, but that will be explained after the nursery is opened!

Okay I am confused with one thing.
The limit has been lowered, correct? On the new threads rules it says-
☪ Staff and Artists can adopt only 10 RPW's and 6 pups.

And it says that staff can have 3 customs now. I' confused it sounds like we can have more then before because originally it was like what...8 adopts allowed with 2 customs (might have to check again)? Also are customs counted with the adopts number?

The Customs being mixed with the normal adopts count is my real confusion. Sorry about all the questions!
Right now I have 6 normal adopts, 1 custom, and one baby adopted from the nursery. And trying for another as well before all this was made.

Customs go with your 10 or 6, you don't have to make a custom if you do not desire to.

Okay so with the count I have right now because of the custom counting to the mix I have a total of 7/10 and 1/6. 2 slots reserved for the rest of the customs (hehehe yes I am taking advantage of the new custom count) and one reserved for a normal adopt. I am completely happy with these new rules. o3o

Also another question that has nothing to do with the new rules.
If a artist/staff member was wanting to make a custom, could they make it on custom lines so long as it was on the custom thread or do they have to stick to the normal lines already given?
(you already told me a while back on what edits were allowed for the normal lines and I'm fine with that ^v^)

I can actually answer this for you and anyone else who was wondering this as well as me and Raven were just discussing this when discussing the new rules.

Our final decision on this was no. The reason being was if staff got to make custom lines for their customs it seems highly unfair to the non-staff members of the community who wouldn't be given this option unless winning it through a special adopt. We will, of course, have those rare occassions when we are raffling custom coins out to the community but then we would have to make their custom on custom lines as well or it would be considered 'unfair' that staff are the only ones to get custom lines.

Now, that being said, this doesn't discourage staff members from having edits to their customs like hair, different ears, different tail, etc; but, having custom lines seemed like a big stretch and could cause conflict, which raven is trying to avoid. We'd much rather have a fair and equal community which is the reason raven had called me in to help, because I have worked in an adopt that became slightly unfair and, of sorts, corrupt and lack of activity from all it's staff members. This lead to it falling apart, which I got to watch happen unfortunately, and raven didn't want this same thing happening to her beloved RPWs.

But I feel I've gotten off track so let me say one more thing before I completely loose everyone's attention; as I referred to raven about custom lines, custom lines or 'Special lines' should, as their name implies, be "special" and should only be used for certain numbers or on the rare occasion when a special adopt is out. This, in turn, keeps things fair and equal between staff and community alike. u,w u

I asked raven about this, as I was unsure how to answer it, but she said we have had some item changes but if you have a special token like a custom token it stands to reason that yes you would be able to use it as it's still valid.

As I presume, as I'm slightly unsure myself but trying my best to answer your question, raven intends that anyone who does have a special token or something along those lines (hair edits and etc) those wouldn't be taken away from those who had earned it. So even after the new changes tokens that have been earned are still valid. The only thing is that if it's a custom token you can't make your own custom lines for it.

Works for me, I just had that question because it popped in my head and I had no clue for a answer. Even if it was allowed I wouldn't make custom lines. I'm lazy like that sometimes. :P

It's alright CX Sorry if I seemed a little.... *doesn't know the word for it* XD I just wanted to make sure it made sense was clear along with a reason and not just a flat out no with no reason why. But yeah I'm too lazy for custom lines as well CX I'm surprised I got the new lines done.

Me neither, I know, so far, someone wanted to do 500 cause it's the last time an adopt will be posted on the old lines but that's as far as I know about it.

It seems like there's been a lot of stuff happening! I'm so excited for the new lines! <3
Unfortunately I still don't have a computer or internet, so I'm lucky my friend let me use her computer for this, but know I'm still active and love my RPW's!
The preview of the new lines look amazing, and I can't wait to see everything done and finished! <3

Also, I won Casimir! <33 He's the top pup, and I'm so glad I own him! <3
