The female giggled with a soft blush at the male's comment. She tried to look at the others with a smile, but she knew that somehow, Dakota was hurt. Oh eagles, what did I do? Lyra stood abruptly, giving a shaky sigh and lowering her head towards Makili. "I have to go after Dakota, maybe settle this out." The gray griffin lowered her ears sadly. "I really wanted to see the stars with you tonight but...friends come first. I'll see the stars with you some other time." Lyra gave him a warm smile, then leaned over and nuzzled his cheek. A blush emerged from her feathers and she shot to the sky after Dakota.

Maliki

I frowned. When she took off, I got up, and started to just walk home..Or to a cliff side. Then it stared to sprinkle. I looked up at the stars. They where so beautiful..But I just looked away. I look up at a cliff and flew up by it. I landed on the soft grass. I look to the hill. I wasn't fair a way from it at all. If Lyra ever came back, she would DEFIANTLY see me. Then I sat up straight, but only sometime would I look at the stars.

Tiger landed beside Maliki. "Is everything okay? I can leave if you want.."

I looked over at Tiger. "Oh.. Yeah.. I guess everything is..Alright.And please stay.." I say kinda in a sad-ish tone. She was different. Good different. Me and Lyra are really close friends. And I am really awkward around her. Because I like her. But Tiger, I just left like I could let out all my feelings and she would understand. But I shouldn't. I smiled at her instead.

Loskor

Loskor moved throughout the underbrush, an occasional stick or breakable getting caught in his long, white pelt- and these occurrences of annoying plants would normally be followed by an annoyed grunt. He peeked his head out of a Bush, finally arriving at a cliff edge. Letting out a brief sigh of relief, both from escaping the forest and getting to his wanted destination, Loskor unfurled his wings and took flight, looking for a small ledge or cave he could set up a temporary home in.

He glanced over his shoulder to see if the female was following. I can't see her... The male frowned in confusion, wondering if she had left. It was dissapointing. Alcatraz sighed unhappily, but the instant he turned his head, Styx appeared out of the shadows and cut him off.

The male lurched backward in surprise which caught him off gaurd, not any sooner later, did he find his head stuck in a hole of a rotting oak tree. Ouch...ugh, this hurts.. Alcatraz thought painfully. He jerked his head from side to side and threw his tail around to get free, nothing. "Hehe...umm, Styx, I'm a little stuck." The male chirped in embarrasment, his voice echoed through out the hollow tree as he squirmed around to escape.

"You think I'm free? Or happy?" Lyra raised an eyebrow. "That griffin did nothing wrong to you. There is no reason you should be so upset." She was tired of this. You know what, if she won't listen to reason, why do I bother? Narrowing her yellow eyes, the griffin raised her head with a growl. "You are over-reacting." Lyra jerked her wings out and leaped into the air, away from Dakota. "Come back when you're in a better mood." The female griffin snarled breathlessly. That's it! I'm fed up with other griffins and their emotions. She flicked an ear with anger. I should talk to Maliki before I leave again...It's about time that I move away from here.

She chuckled and swooped down beside him. "Oh, dear." She clicked her tongue and shook her head. "You're lucky that this tree's almost dead... Otherwise we'd have to chop it down." She squeezed her front talons in between his head and the rotting bark, and then pulled with all her might. The dying wood came off with a loud "CRACK", creating a hole big enough for him to yank his head out.

"Oh my is right." The male mummbled sourly, feeling the flakes of bark tickle his feathers. Alcatraz, lifted his head out from the hole. Finally free. He gave a grateful sigh. "Sheesh, that was embarassing." He chuckled with a soft rummble of his beak. "Well, the good news is, we're just about here." His light brown eyes grazed across the start of a field. He raised his beak into the air, giving soft inhales. "Ever killed a wild boar before?" A sly grin swept across his face.

Her eyes moved gracefully towards Dakota, glad that the griffin finally had the nerves to settle down. "Alrighty then..." Lyra chirped lightly, gliding back towards the multi-colored female. She ruffled her gray feathers as she spoke. "You know, maybe you could try and get to know the other female. Who knows, you may have a lot in common." She gave a soft, reassuring smile. At least now she's going to listen to what I have to say.
