Blair fell into a comfortable rhythm with Patrick. She smiled up at him, she was now enjoying herself and only felt slightly nervous. Now Blair feared that she would spill a drink or knock somebody. Looking around the room, watching for waiters, her eyes rested on a familiar face. She felt her stomach lurch and suddenly the twisting of the dance was making her feel sick. Blair felt the blood drain from her face, like she had seen a ghost.

Kai Valda

Kai jumped out of his carriage and surveyed the area, just a bunch of soldiers in dresses and suits. Kai tugged at his own black suit and quickly removed the tie. Dropping it on the ground he stepped over the crumpled and now dirty fabric. Pulling his bandanna out of his pocket he tied it around his neck in place of the tie, with a grin. He had been given a lecture about him wearing his bandanna in place of a tie by a superior, but he wasn't going any where without his bandanna, It held too much sentimental value. He absent-mindedly stroked it's blood red fabric as he walked inside the ball. Pulling a glass of wine off a passing waiter's tray he took a quick drink. As he looked around he spotted some of his other friends dancing and hanging out with their dates. There was a large number of couples on the dance floor all dancing in time and Kai's eyes stopped on a flashy solider in a silver suit and he smiled, he respected those who loved to stand out. Kai looked over his partner and dropped his drink. The glass shattered and he stepped back hurried, muttering sorry as a waiter began to clean the mess. Kai couldn't stop staring and the couple had also stopped dancing the girl pulling her mask away from her face and staring wide eyed. Kai's mind was racing a thousand miles an hour, how could it be, it can't be, but he was sure that it was her, It was his sister.

Tanner shoved his hands into his pockets and leaned against the wall. The way he shifted his body to a more comfortable position earned him a few wicked stares but he brushed them off with a faint roll of the shoulders. He took a long and exagerated breath in, steadying himself with a small smile.

Mikasa's eyes wided for a moment as Jean's lips were suddenly upon her own. Upon feeling the soft yet firm flesh that was warm compared to the cooling night, she relaxed and felt herself almost melt into the small exchange. Returning the kiss, she let the moment last for a couple seconds before pulling back and blushing wildly. Dove grey orbs darting around her lap, she finally looked back up and gave a sheepish smile.

Jean's first reaction when the kiss was over, was to just stare with the most dumb look and brightest blush he's ever held. After a moment of realizing he was staring at her, he blinked a few times, forcing a small shy smile. "Heh, heh- I..uh." he couldn't exactly think of any words..just sat there.

My brother looked him up and down for a moment, "I thought you'd have better taste, Trish." He suddenly I laughed. My face turned bright red, "A-and what exactly are you suggesting?" I stammered. "That your boyfriend here is not exactly what I thought you'd pick." He stated bluntly. My face got even more red, "H-he's n-not my boyfriend..!" I stammered again, feeling beyond embarrassed at this point. I hoped the way if said it hadn't sounded offensive to Channer...

Patrick O'Neil
I narrowed my eyes a little as I followed Blair's gaze to an unfamiliar male's face. Paranoia seemed to set in, mainly thoughts of 'who is this guy and why is my girlfriend staring st him?', sometimes I lost my sanity and reasoning abilities when I was jealous.

(( I feel like this roleplay is slowly dying? I don't know, haha. School has been a big pain for all of us, I guess it just gets in the way. Anyways, I wanted to make this post about something; starting last week, I joined the cross country team, so you can believe how busy I am after school, right? Because of that, I haven't been on lately and I just wanted to say Im so sorry if I take a while to respond! I have practice everyday of the week, except for Fridays. Although I'm sure Armin understands, since I believe you mentioned being on the cross country team a few times, ehe. Anyways, sorry Weird British Chick for taking so long to post! I'll be sure to do that soon, maybe after I get back from my run! c: (no school today woot woot!) ))

((Whoops. Never mind. Until Highschool soccer ends. Then I go back to club soccer as that's usually two to three times a week plus games- so end of October.))

((Aha I am hugely busy with college lately too so no worries fauna! ^_^ I have a few free periods through the day but I usually spend that time doing homework or I can't get internet, haha. I don't believe the Roleplay is dying, it's just moving slower whilst everyone is busy in school and college. ))

Channer cocked a brow and clicked his tongue, a small smirk plastered to his lips. "So you think Im not good enough?" He joked, completely un-phased by the boyfriend comment. "Cause you know, from what I can see, Im as good as it gets." He unfolded both hands from their crossed state and sighed. Did I just make a joke? I rarely do that --- how odd.
