He held out his hand hesitantly, the quiver almost visible to the untrained eye.

Helen felt the hunger tug on her stomach and fangs. Her fingers gripping the desk with a loud scream,"Argh!" The vampire dashed out the window towards the lake. Snatching a fish or two, she sucked them dropless.

Lux smiled politely and started making his way towards the mansion "We@ll have to go through the kitchen to avoid the party, I hope you don't mind Miss" His eyes never left the ground, his ears remaining low as he tried his best to compose himself.

Helen shook her shoulders a bit, dropping the dead fish to the ground. Wiping her mouth, she leapt back to her room window. Sometimes, it payed off to have the ability of jumping so high.
