Wow I really hope that the mother will actually stay to,I love her design!I think the best option would be to put the baby into the same pet with the mom so they both would be in the picture.But it is honestly not our choice!

And I didn't even know it was still growing untill I looked on this thread XD

I really hope the mom will stay as part of the pet, it would be so sad if she had to go away. I think someone pointed out that seals don't abandon their young, so I'm hoping that Selkies wouldn't either.
