Details: The teenage boy has blonde hair, matching his older brother France. However, he didn't want to look like a girl so he cut it short. He has violet eyes and always wears a scarf (Was gonna give him a beret, but that's too girly. Explaining clothes is hard. Blarg just look at the picture sheesh)
Location: Paris, France
Age: 16
Personality: Paris is quite snobby and rude. The teenager will try to act brave, but in reality he is just a huge coward. Whenever he gets mad, he starts to talk in French, which is highly confusing to whoever upset him and will not help the situation he is in. He often complains about things, either it be the heat or even food. However, he does care for those who are close to him (France and stuff). But overall, Paris is a city with good intentions. Even if he doesn't really show it. (Meaning he doesn't really mean to be that way.)
