Once upon a time, on a public server that was 100% vanilla and had no rules, I was invited to live with my friend whose house was 20k blocks out, most of which was ocean. I decided to only walk 5k in the nether, but I lost my portal and ran out of supplies, and I even stumbled across someone else's portal and had to steal food. I eventually ended up at a dead end with no pickaxe, but I was still 1k away from my friend's portal. So I started punching. For an hour. My friend tunneled to meet me so I didn't have to dig all the way through, but boy was that an adventure.

So yeah, I feel your pain, Toothy xD

I really wish there was a way of flying in survival...... Pixelmon is spoiling me and I kind of don't want to go back to normal survivor mode. XD

On a sidenote I have a habit of killing myself when I either get lost exploring or get hungry and I find it amusing that my friend is starting to copy me haha. He even turned on the cheat where you don't lose your stuff when you die. I know cheating is bad but I don't like being confined to one area. I think I'm going to open up portals in the nether just so I can explore more places since I found enough diamonds for a pick.

Alright, back on the idea of a building contest--since my server is not 24 hour, we have to arrange a time. I can have it up from now until I think midnight, EST. That's about 9 hours from now. I have the same hours tomorrow, if we want to do it then. Or we could have it next week, on either Friday or Saturday.

All of this is assuming nobody else wants to host a server, because if someone does please do so xD

Actually mentioned a bit last page. But yeah, I'm really worried. Microsoft bought Mojang, not specifically Minecraft, and I think they're more or less controlling more of the merchandise, but... as long as they don't get their grubby little mitts on the coding of the game... I think we're good. And as long as they don't touch the prices.

Does anyone else get those moments where, like, if you're playing Capture The Flag or something and someone shoots at you and you know it's gonna be a headshot you literally just recoil your face from the computer like "OMG THE ARROW'S GONNA COME THROUGH THE SCREEN OMG OMG OMG"
That happens to me a lot ._.
