Washington looked up from her book when she heard someone say something. Huh? What would someone be doing this far out in the forest? She thought. Closing her book she stood up and headed off in the direction of the voice.

"There's nothing interesting in that box," Illinois mumbled, running his hands through his hair. "Unless you want to look at a lot of old photographs, have your go."

South Carolina sat down in the leaves, hoping someone would hear her. She couldn't bear being alone for a long time. "Hello?" she called out again.

Minnesota tensed up. She'd been caught. She let go a big breath of air of which she didn't know she was keeping bottled up. Brown eyes looked at him then the box. Pale hands reached down to grab the box and heave it onto the bed. Stuffing her hands into the old cardboard box which had a lot of dust on it, she lifted up a old photo which didn't contain a lot of color. In fact, it looked bronze-ish colored.

California jutted out his bottom lip as Washington walked away from him,'How rude.' he thought bitterly, before looking around in his area. At first, he didn't see anyone. That was until he looked for a second time. There under another tree was a different state who appeared to be doing something with a sketch book. 'Probably drawing.' He thought before walking over to her. It's not like had anything else better to do.

Washington walked through the forest until she saw a depressed looking girl sitting on the ground. "What's the matter?" She asked.
